ClearPitch is a SaaS platform that enables digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and resellers to generate AI powered audit reports and proposals for their prospects and clients. The service includes SEO audits, Google Ads audits, Meta Ads audits, TikTok Ads audits, and AI generated proposal documents.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at clearpitchsupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
ClearPitch offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are nonrefundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
New accounts receive a 7 day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
You agree not to use ClearPitch to:
All content, features, and functionality of ClearPitch including but not limited to software, design, text, and trademarks are owned by ClearPitch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you input into the platform and the proposals you generate.
Audit results and proposals generated by ClearPitch are based on publicly available data and AI analysis. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for how you use and present this information to your clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPitch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
ClearPitch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, nonpayment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at clearpitchsupport@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of ClearPitch after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
